I've been a Realtor® under the Keller Williams Realty Metro banner since 2017. I just finished a two-year elected term as school board Committeeman for the city of Manchester, NH. I am a member of the KW Charity board which raises and grants about $100,000 annually to youth-focused non-profits, and a director of The Loving Lifeline, a NH non-profit which has landed over 450 tons of donated supplies and helped to evacuate 2500 refugees from combat zones in Ukraine. Prior to my real estate career, as a co-founder and president of Boston Therapeutics, I had the privilege to manage the development of a new generation, anti-diabetes drug from concept to phase 2 human studies.

I am resourceful, persistent, have a big heart and take a hands-on approach in my work.

SELLING? If you are considering the sale of your home, as your Realtor® I will advise in staging and preparing your home for sale. Some of the elements of my listing process include professional photography and drone video, animated and photo montage walkthroughs, floor plans and town data collection. I conduct open houses with hired support when needed. I advertise your home in Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and several luxury platforms if above $750,000. I arrange vendors to help prepare your home for sale, including estate sale and tradesmen services. I may make recommendations for organizing, packing, storing, donating, cleaning, and repairs that will make your home sale process as streamlined as possible. I am comfortable at the negotiating table and committed to your goals and objectives as your fiduciary agent.

BUYING? If you are considering a home purchase, I will guide you in narrowing down your desired location, architectural style and various list of needs and preferences. I will provide a regular flow of active listings and arrange showings, and ultimately negotiate your offer with the listing agent and seller. I look forward to placing the keys of your new home in your hand after walking together through the home buying process.
